Policies

General Policies

​     At Pureverence Headspa & More, we are committed to providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our clients. To ensure the highest level of service, we ask that all guests adhere to the following policies:

  • Appointments: All services require advance booking. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability but are not guaranteed.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to accommodate other appointments.

  • Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

  • Payment: We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods. Cash payments are also accepted. Full payment is required at the time of service.

  • Refunds & Exchanges: All service sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services. Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They must be presented at the time of service.

Health & Safety

  • Medical Conditions: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before their appointment. Pureverence Headspa & More is not liable for any adverse reactions if a condition was not disclosed prior to treatment.

  • Hygiene & Sanitation: We adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene standards. All tools, linens, and treatment areas are thoroughly disinfected after each session.

  • Minors & Guests: Clients under the age of 18 must have parental consent before receiving services. Only clients receiving services are allowed in the treatment area unless accompanying a minor.

  • Personal Responsibility: Services provided are for relaxation and wellness purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical treatment, and we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

  • Liability Waiver: Clients assume all risks associated with spa treatments. Pureverence Headspa & More and its staff are not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or dissatisfaction resulting from services or products used during treatments.

  • Results May Vary: Individual results may differ based on skin type, hair texture, and overall health. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

  • Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for inappropriate behavior, suspected intoxication, or failure to adhere to our policies.

Privacy Policy

  • Confidentiality: All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

  • Data Protection: Payment and personal details are securely stored and used only for scheduling, payments, and communication regarding services.

Pureverence Headspa & More reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted in our spa.
